Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team starts preparing the equipment for dispatch. A standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 8 PM will be processed the next working day. Any variations will be communicated via email/WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Areas & Methods

We currently deliver across the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Gurugram/Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad). For other cities, please check availability at checkout or contact us.

• Standard Delivery: Next business day in NCR when ordered before cut-off and on stock.
• Event Setup Delivery: Same-day or scheduled advance slots available for corporate/brand events (subject to booking & availability).

3. Delivery Charges & Pickup

Delivery charges vary by location, rental duration and equipment size. They will be displayed at checkout. Pickup is included for standard home rentals in NCR; for extended rental/event setups outside standard zones, charges may apply.

4. Late Delivery, Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for punctual delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high load or external vendor constraints. In such cases:

• We will notify you as soon as we become aware of the delay.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses due to delay.
• Requests for special compensation must be submitted via our support team within 24 hours of scheduled delivery time.

5. Return & Exchange of Delivery Equipment

For rental equipment return or exchange at end of tenure, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Any delays, damage or loss during delivery or pick-up are governed by that policy.
