Shipping Policy

1. Once your order is confirmed, our team starts preparing the equipment for dispatch. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
2. Orders placed after 8 PM will be processed the next working day.
3. Any variations in processing time will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

1. We currently deliver across the Delhi NCR region — Delhi, Gurugram/Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. For other cities, check availability at checkout or contact us.
2. Standard Delivery: Next business day in NCR when ordered before the cut-off time and stock is available.
3. Event Setup Delivery: Same-day or scheduled advance slots available for corporate and brand events, subject to booking and availability.

1. Delivery charges vary by location, rental duration, and equipment size — they will be displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Pickup is included for standard home rentals in NCR. For extended rentals or event setups outside standard zones, additional charges may apply.

1. While we strive for punctual delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high order volume, or external vendor constraints.
2. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any delay.
3. CFG is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from a delivery delay.
4. Requests for special compensation must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

For rental equipment return or exchange at the end of your tenure, please refer to our Cancellations & Refund Policy. Any delays, damage, or loss during delivery or pickup are governed by that policy.
