What power do you need on site?
Standard 230V, 50Hz mains with one 15A socket per station is sufficient. We bring power strips and manage load balancing. Typical draw per station is 150 to 350W (console + screen). A dedicated circuit is ideal but not mandatory. We'll work with what the venue provides.
What games work best for mixed corporate crowds?
For non-gamers: Xbox Kinect motion titles and easy party games require zero prior gaming experience. For regular gamers: FIFA/FC, Tekken, arcade racers, and curated VR experiences. We build the game mix around your audience profile after the brief.
How do you manage queues and fairness?
Our on-site attendant runs short structured rounds with visible leaderboards or brackets depending on the format. Everyone gets hands-on time. We design rotation SOPs based on your headcount so no one waits more than a few minutes.
What about equipment damage or safety?
We use stable stands, cable tethers where needed, VR sanitisation protocols, and full attendant supervision throughout. Our SOP keeps both equipment and guests safe. All gear is checked and packed out by our team. Nothing is left to the venue.
Can you work alongside our event agency or AV team?
Yes, this is routine for us. We coordinate directly with your agency, showcaller, or hotel banquet team during setup. Our footprint is compact and we're used to operating within larger productions. Just loop us into the pre-event production call.
Do you cover tier-2 cities and destination offsite venues?
We cover pan-India. Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, and most key tier-2 cities. For destination offsites, we handle logistics. Just give us the venue city and we'll confirm availability.
What is the minimum booking size?
We work with events from around 20 attendees upward. For very small gatherings there's a minimum setup fee to cover logistics. Get in touch and we'll give you an honest quote based on your headcount and location.
