What gaming consoles and titles do you offer for rent?

We rent Xbox, PlayStation 4 (PS4), and PlayStation 5 (PS5) consoles, along with a selection of popular gaming titles. Two games are included in all console rental plans.

Is there a minimum age requirement to rent?

Customers must be 18 years or older to rent. Those under 18 can place an order after successful KYC verification of a parent or guardian.

Can I rent multiple gaming consoles or accessories at once?

Yes. You can rent multiple consoles and accessories simultaneously by adding them to your order. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help putting together a larger order.

What is the rental cost for gaming consoles?

Rentals start at Rs. 99 per day, designed to be affordable and accessible. Pricing varies by console model and rental duration. Visit our website for the latest plans.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required before dispatch. The amount varies by console and accessories rented. The deposit is returned in full once the equipment is received back in good condition, typically within 48 hours of verification.

Is there any tax levied on the order?

Yes, 18% GST is levied as per Government of India regulations. GST invoices are available on request, with our company GST number included.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, a nominal delivery fee applies for Delhi NCR orders. The charge is determined by the distance from our warehouse to your address and will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery & Pickup

How is the rental console delivered to me?

We offer hassle-free doorstep delivery to your specified address within Delhi NCR. Our team sets up the equipment and does a hand-over check at delivery.

What is the expected delivery timeframe?

We offer round-the-clock service 365 days a year. Same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged based on your preference and availability. Contact us to confirm a slot.

How do I return the rental console when my rental period is over?

No need to travel — our team arranges a convenient pickup from your specified address at the end of your rental period. Ensure the equipment is fully packed and accessible at the agreed slot.

During Your Rental

How long can I rent a gaming console for?

We offer flexible rental periods from a single day to extended durations of your choosing — weekly, monthly, or longer. Choose what suits you at checkout.

Can I extend my rental period if needed?

Yes. Contact us before your original return date to arrange an extension. Extensions are treated as new orders; all dues for the current tenure must be cleared before an extension is approved. We recommend requesting at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you offer customer support for technical issues during my rental period?

What happens to my saved game progress and data on the rental console?

All data, including game progress and user accounts, is wiped and reset to factory settings after each rental as standard hygiene. Please do not store personal or sensitive data on the console. CFG is not liable for data loss after return.

Damage & Cancellations

What happens if the rental console gets damaged during my rental period?

Customers are responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup. In the event of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, you are liable for repair or replacement costs up to market value. In case of loss or theft, please inform us immediately and file a police report.

What if I want to cancel my rental order?

Cancellations before dispatch receive a full refund, minus payment gateway charges where applicable. If a delivery attempt has already begun, logistics and slot-blocking charges may be deducted. No refunds are provided for early returns or unused days once the rental tenure has started. Refer to our full cancellation policy or contact us for your specific situation.
