Cancellations & Refund

At Craving For Gaming, we believe in fair, transparent policies. This page explains when cancellations are accepted, how refunds are processed, and what to expect with your security deposit.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

  1. Cancellations requested before equipment dispatch or preparation begins are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
  2. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 93540 81349 or email Contact@cravingforgaming.in before your confirmed dispatch slot.
  3. Once our team has initiated dispatch — including packing, loading, or coordination with a delivery partner — the order is considered in-transit and subject to logistics and slot-blocking charges.

Post-Dispatch & Mid-Rental Cancellations

  1. No refund is provided for unused rental days once the equipment has been delivered and the rental tenure has commenced.
  2. Early returns do not entitle you to a pro-rated or partial refund for the remaining period, as the slot is blocked from the confirmed start date.
  3. If a delivery attempt has already been made or is in progress, logistics charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Equipment

  1. If the equipment delivered is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  2. CFG will attempt a same-day or next-day replacement where operationally feasible. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund for the unused rental period will be issued.
  3. Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Security Deposit Refund

  1. The refundable security deposit is returned within 48 hours of equipment pickup and condition verification by our team.
  2. The deposit is returned in full provided all items (console, controllers, cables, accessories) are returned in the same condition as delivered, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Deductions from the security deposit may be made for damage, missing accessories, excessive cleaning requirements, or unreturned items. CFG will communicate any deductions with supporting documentation.

Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Equipment used beyond the agreed rental tenure without an approved extension.
  2. Items returned with damage, tampering, missing components, or evidence of commercial or event misuse where the order was placed under personal-use terms.
  3. Rentals where the customer failed to be present at the confirmed delivery or pickup slot without prior notice, resulting in a wasted logistics attempt.
  4. GST and applicable taxes collected on the order, where already remitted to the Government of India.

Refund Process & Timeline

  1. All approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of approval.
  2. Refunds are credited to the original payment method — UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. CFG will notify you via WhatsApp or email once a refund has been initiated. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Rental Extensions

  1. Extensions are treated as new rental orders and billed accordingly from the original rental end date.
  2. All outstanding dues for the current rental tenure must be cleared before an extension is approved.
  3. Extension requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your rental period ends to allow for scheduling and confirmation.
