About the Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Graphic designing associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about gaming, marketing, and social media who loves bringing ideas to life through engaging visuals and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Craving For Gaming’s social media platforms
- Create engaging weekly posts highlighting console rentals, gaming events, and customer experiences etc.
- Design visually appealing graphics, posters, and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop fresh content ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and gaming culture.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Good communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

About the Internship
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Identify and connect with relevant business leads via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Set up and participate in high-level online or on-site meetings with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and pain points to position the offering effectively
- Send daily updates on outreach status and maintain organized tracking sheets
- Take initiative to improve pitch strategies and accelerate closures
- Think creatively to attract, pitch, and convert leads into signed partnerships
- Actively coordinate with the founding team for lead handover and onboarding
Requirements:
- Based in Delhi NCR (preferred), but open to candidates across India
- High confidence and fluent communication skills (spoken & written English a must)
- Comfortable handling C-suite or senior-level client meetings independently
- Proactive, reliable, and driven to take ownership of the B2B outreach funnel
- Creative thinker who can problem-solve and adapt approach to client mindset
- Passionate about partnerships, hospitality, tech or guest experiences
- Available to commit time consistently and travel locally if needed

Stipend : 5,000 /Month
