Refund & Returns

At Craving For Gaming, we believe in fair, clear and customer-friendly policies for our console rentals, VR hires and event gaming services.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  1. Cancellation requests are accepted only if made within **7 days of placing the order** and before dispatch or equipment preparation begins.
  2. Once gear has been dispatched, prepared for event setup, or vendor/third-party has initiated processing, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns & Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Equipment

If the equipment delivered is damaged, defective or not as described, please report it within **7 days of receipt** to our Customer Service team. After validation, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our evaluation.

3. Return Process & Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within **3–5 business days** to the original payment method or UPI provided.
  • If the payment was made via Pay on Delivery (UPI/online) or other gateway, refund will be credited to the same channel unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Equipment used beyond the agreed rental tenure without approved extension.
  • Items returned with damage, tampering, missing components, or evidence of commercial/event misuse without consent.
  • Orders misused for events or commercial purposes that were booked under personal-use terms.
