Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Definitions

1. You confirm you are 18+ and capable of entering into a contract.

2.“Equipment” includes consoles (e.g., PS5/PS4/VR), controllers, power/HDMI cables, and any supplied games/accessories.

3. Service Area: Delhi NCR (including Delhi, Gurugram/Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad,Faridabad) unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking, KYC & Order Acceptance

1. All orders are subject to successful KYC, serviceability, availability, and CFG’s final acceptance prior to dispatch. CFG may cancel/refund an order if KYC is unsatisfactory, misleading, or not meeting requirements.

2. KYC documents (individuals):

Government ID (masked Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence) showing your name and address,

Address proof (recent utility bill such as electricity/water/society maintenance, or rent agreement),

Employment proof for background verification (LinkedIn profile link,          salary slip, or job offer letter).

    Businesses: GST certificate or other valid business registration proof.

3. You consent to verification calls/messages, and (at delivery) to OTP/PIN verification and a delivery photo as proof of handover.

4. KYC is used solely for verification, fraud prevention, delivery/pickup validation and legal compliance; handled per our Privacy Policy.

3. Rental Tenure, Counting & Extensions

1. Calendarday counting. If delivered before 8:00 PM, the delivery date counts as Day

1. If delivered after 8:00 PM, tenure starts the next calendar day. The pickup date counts as the last day.

2. Early returns do not reduce the agreed rent.

3. Extensions are treated as new orders. Extensions cannot be merged into the existing order or converted into a longer plan retroactively.

4. To extend, inform CFG in advance (recommended: ≥24 hours before end of tenure). All dues for the current tenure must be cleared by the last day to allot the extension; extensions are subject to stock and approval.

4. Prices, Taxes, Payments & Pay‑on‑Delivery

1. Prices are shown at checkout and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges vary by location and will be displayed/communicated before dispatch.

2. Payment methods: UPI/online transfer/cards via approved gateways.

3. Pay on Delivery (POD): POD is UPI/online only (no cash). Payment must be completed immediately upon receipt of Equipment. No delays will be entertained. If payment is not made on time, CFG may cancel the order, recover the Equipment on the spot, and/or refuse future service.

4. Promotional codes/credits (if any) are singleuse, nontransferable, and cannot be clubbed unless specifically allowed.

5. Security Deposit

1. A refundable Security Deposit (amount shown at checkout; typically ₹2,000 for PS5 and ₹1,000 for PS4 per unit) is payable before dispatch/delivery.

2. Refund workflow: The deposit is refunded only after CFG receives the Equipment and verifies all constituents (console, controllers, cables, and any included games/accessories) and condition. No deposit refund will be issued before CFG physically receives and inspects the returns.

3. You may share your preferred UPI for processing the refund. Post successful inspection, refunds are typically processed within 48 hours (or the timeline communicated at pickup).

4. CFG may deduct from the deposit: unpaid rent/fees, late fees, repair/replacement costs, pickup/reattempt charges, and any other applicable charges under these Terms. If deposit is insufficient, you must pay the shortfall immediately on demand.

6. Delivery, Setup, Re‑attempts & Pickup

1. Deliveries are made to the address confirmed during KYC/booking. Minor delays may occur due to traffic/weather/operational constraints.

2. Our delivery executive may set up the Equipment and click a setup/handover photo (with your consent) for records.

3. If you are unavailable, a reattempt fee may apply; reattempts are subject to schedule/route constraints.

4. At pickup, keep the Equipment fully packed and accessible. If items are missing or not ready, pickup may be rescheduled and extra charges may apply.

7. Use, Care & Restrictions

1. Use the Equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose at the address verified by CFG. Do not relocate, subrent, or lend to third parties.

2. Prohibited: tampering, seal removal, jailbreaking/rooting, unauthorized repairs, liquid exposure, excessive dust/heat, mishandling, or any illegal use.

3. Games & content:

Games are subject to stock/availability. Our team will inform you of available choices.

Two (2) games are included in all console plans as part of the package (no separate charge). There is no discount if you choose not to take the included games.

○ Games listed on the website are only for the rental plan tenure and are not sold or rented separately.

8. Condition, Damage, Loss & Tampering

1. You are responsible for the Equipment from delivery until pickup (normal wear and tear excepted).

2. Damage/repair: You must pay the actual repair/replacement cost for any damage beyond normal wear (including controllers, cables, discs/accessories).

3. Seal/tampering penalties: Any seal removal, rooting/jailbreak, or unauthorized repair may attract a fixed penalty of ₹10,000 per console plus actual repair/replacement costs.

4. Loss/theft: Immediately inform CFG and file a police report/FIR. You must pay the prevailing market value of the lost/stolen item(s) plus any dues.

5. CFG may treat nonreturn beyond 7 days after tenure end as loss and proceed with recovery/legal action in addition to charges.

9. Late Return & Overstay Fees

1. A strict late fee of ₹500 per day per console applies from the day after your agreed tenure ends, until the Equipment is received by CFG or a confirmed extension is paid and approved.

2. Late fee is in addition to the rental due and other charges (if any).

10. Inspection & Data

1. Quality check happens at pickup and again at our facility. Deductions (if any) will be explained and supporting evidence (e.g., photos) will be provided on request.

2. CFG will factoryreset/wipe user accounts and data on the consoles as part of standard hygiene. Do not store or leave any personal data on the Equipment. CFG is not responsible for any data loss or residual accounts/content post return.

11. Cancellation & Refunds (Customer‑Initiated)

1. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund (minus any payment gateway charges if applicable).

2. If a delivery attempt has started, twoway logistics and any slotblocking charge may be deducted.

3. No refunds for early returns or unused days once the tenure starts.

4. Security deposit refunds follow Section 5.

12. Misuse of B2C Rentals for Events/Commercial Use

1. B2C rentals are for personal/home use at the verified address. Using B2C orders for commercial events, public gatherings, hotels, or paid gaming sessions without CFG’s written consent is a violation.

2. CFG may levy a misuse penalty of ₹7,000 per console per event/day (or actual loss, whichever is higher), and/or terminate service, and blacklist the account.

13. Failure to Pay / Recovery

1. If payment is declined/delayed (including POD), CFG may cancel service, retrieve Equipment immediately, and levy late/reattempt fees.

2. Persistent nonpayment or refusal to return Equipment may lead to legal action, asset recovery claims, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

14. Liability & Indemnity

1. CFG provides Equipment in good working order at dispatch. Except as required by law, CFG disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequentiallosses (e.g., business loss, loss of data/profits).

2. CFG’s maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the rent paid for the affected tenure (excluding deposit).

3. You agree to indemnify CFG against claims/losses arising from your misuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Personal data (including KYC) is processed as per our Privacy Policy.

2. KYC is retained only for the period necessary for verification, service, and legal compliance, then deleted/anonymised per policy.

3. We may share limited data with delivery/KYC/payment/hosting providers strictly for service delivery and compliance.

16. Force Majeure

CFG is not liable for delays or nonperformance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, network/payment outages, government actions).

17. Changes to Service/Terms

CFG may update prices, packages, and these Terms from time to time. Updates apply to future orders. Material changes will be communicated via the website and/or email.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to CFG’s right to seek interim relief elsewhere.

DISCLAIMER: Craving For Gaming reserves the right to cancel any orders completely or partially before delivery without prior information. Any current/future orders placed by the Customer has no connection with any of his/her previous orders. Craving For Gaming shall provide the services under the Agreement, either by itself or through any third-party. In case the services are provided through any third-party, Craving For Gaming shall share the details (only to the extent required to provide the services) of the Customer to enable such third-party to provide the service. The Customer hereby authorizes Craving For Gaming to share the details of the Customer with such third party.
